Does size matter? Company size quiz.
totaljobs planned to create an interactive resource which allowed users to find the perfect business size to meet their needs.
The resource would work as a questionnaire in the form of a flowchart, which asked users a series of questions before presenting them with one of three potential company sizes, with further resources.
The resource would also need to gather questionnaire responses. The piece would be used as a survey to find aspects most desired by candidates. As such, a back-end and log-in was required.
We built a bespoke interactive quiz featuring our own illustrations. We opted for a bright and bold illustration style using thick brush strokes and block colours.
The quiz was delivered as a package that simply needed to be uploaded into a sub directory of the totaljobs website.
We built a custom back end that allows the team at totaljobs to log in, view and export the data gathered from users actions on the website. totaljobs used this data to support a follow up infographic and blogging campaign.
The quiz received thousands of entrants and was used to compile a data set which uncovered some interesting points.
Of 6,800 people, it was found that across all age groups and industries the thing people value far more than anything else is learning on the job. This option was selected by almost all (97%) of the people questioned.
The quiz was shared across industry blogs and social media, as well as receiving coverage and links in industry publications.
