Sabroso Shot #28 - You're getting old

You're getting old is fantastic piece, which breaks down your life into significant statistics and milestones.

From the number of times your heart has beat, to the distance you've travelled as the earth revolves around the sun. It's truly staggering.

The part I find most overwhelming is the 'You're so old that' section, which finds a significant date from the past and explains that your birthday is closer to that event than today.

(My entry was the founding of Radio Caroline, 1964).

Some might say that the piece is depressing, but I find it somehow invigorating. I recall reading an article that said the most motivational phrase in the world is 'You're going to die'.

That's why I've chosen to spend my life writing a daily email about content.

On that note, feel free to send me content that you think would be suitable for the Sabroso Shot too. All ideas are welcome, and I will give you full credit for the suggestion.
